✦ Welding preparation:
To ensure welding quality, we need to do the following four preparations before welding:
Material inspection
Welding material selection
Weldment cleaning
Equipment inspection

✦ Welding process:
Manual arc welding: Use a stable arc to achieve perfect welding and avoid defects.
Gas shielded welding: Maintain a stable gas flow and adjust the welding angle.
Resistance welding: Adjust the appropriate electrode pressure to ensure uniform welds.

✦ Welding quality inspection:
Appearance inspection: No cracks and no pores are the finished product standards.
Non-destructive testing: Use instruments for ultrasonic and radiographic inspection.
Mechanical test: Verify welding strength and toughness according to standard pressure tests.

✦ Anti-rust treatment:
SUNHONG equipment improves the corrosion resistance of steel through standardized work processes, including:
Surface pretreatment: Removal of oil and rust.
Anti-rust coating: Evenly apply multiple layers of anti-rust material to ensure that the steel has good corrosion resistance.

Precise Material Selection and Treatment: For example, selecting different types of fiberglass and resin to ensure strong adhesion between them, and improving processing quality through cleaning, drying, and coating with coupling agents.

✦ Strength Test

Metal frames, seats, tracks and other components will be subjected to load-bearing tests and high-strength operation tests to ensure that they have a service life of more than 20 years.

✦ Safety System Test

 The safety systems of amusement facilities (such as seat belts, emergency stop devices, monitoring systems, etc.) will be subjected to simulation tests to ensure that they can be started normally in an emergency to ensure the safety of tourists.

✦ Environmental Adaptability Test

SUNHONG's test engineers will let the amusement equipment work in extreme temperature, humidity, wind speed and other environments, record whether its standards meet the use standards, and ensure that the equipment can remain safe and stable in the face of extreme environments.
