✦ Transportation Process

Amusement rides consist of large and heavy components, which must be loaded and transported using specialized heavy-duty vehicles to ensure their safety throughout the transport process.

SUNHONG's assembly workers package and mark each part individually to ensure that they are not missed and that they can accurately find the corresponding parts during installation and install them in the designated locations.

✦ Site Preparation

Before officially starting the installation, we will make thorough preparations at the site, including cleaning the ground, repairing infrastructure, and checking power and water interfaces, to ensure a smooth installation process.

✦ Installation of Base Structure

In accordance with the design requirements for amusement facilities, SUNHONG engineers will construct the foundations for these attractions. For large structures such as roller coasters and Ferris wheels, deep foundation construction ensures the stability and safety of the facilities.

The concrete, steel reinforcement bars, and other building materials used in the infrastructure comply with all relevant building regulations and safety standards.

We use advanced measuring and positioning equipment to ensure the accuracy of the foundation, enabling the facilities to reliably support their weight and operational pressure, ensuring long-term stable performance.

✦ Component Installation

SUNHONG engineers use high-precision machinery and lifting equipment to accurately install the main structural components of amusement rides, such as tracks, supports, and seats.

✦ Lifting of Large Components

For large components (such as roller coaster tracks, giant Ferris wheels, and more), we use heavy-duty cranes and lifting equipment for precise installation. Every detail of the lifting process is carefully controlled to prevent any damage to the parts due to improper handling.

During lifting, our team ensures that all components are correctly positioned and continuously monitors the process with a multi-point detection system to guarantee the safety of the installation.

SUNHONG installs the appropriate motor, hydraulic system, or pneumatic system for each facility, precisely adjusting the power output following the facility's design specifications.

During the installation of the power system, we will ensure that all electrical wiring, hydraulic pipes, and pneumatic systems are intact and comply with safety standards.

✦ Safety Equipment Installation

Safety devices are at the core of the amusement facility installation process. We install comprehensive safety systems for each facility, including safety belts, guardrails, protective nets, and more, ensuring maximum protection for visitors during their experience.

Each safety system is precisely installed and tested to ensure optimal performance during operation.

✦ Emergency System

SUNHONG engineers have equipped each amusement ride with efficient emergency stop buttons and automatic stop devices to handle emergencies. These systems are regularly tested to ensure they can respond quickly in case of an emergency.

✦ Functional Testing

After the amusement ride is installed, engineers conduct thorough functional tests through repeated 'simulation operations,' including testing the power system, control system, safety system, and more, to promptly identify and address any potential issues.

✦ Safety Testing

All installed amusement equipment will undergo testing for stability, load capacity, and the responsiveness of safety equipment, following the prescribed testing procedures. Only after passing the safety tests will the equipment be officially approved for use.

To ensure the credibility of the test report, SUNHONG invites independent third-party organizations to conduct inspections and certifications of the amusement equipment, ensuring compliance with international safety standards.

After installation, SUNHONG offers comprehensive training for amusement park operators, covering equipment startup, shutdown, daily inspections, emergency operations, and more, ensuring operators are fully familiar with all procedures and the facilities operate safely.

✦ Handover and Acceptance

Once installation and testing are complete, the engineer will provide a detailed report and conduct a final acceptance with the customer to confirm that all amusement rides meet the required functional and safety standards.

Upon successful acceptance, the amusement facilities will be officially commissioned, and the operator will take over the daily operations.
